This started off as my blog to write about my study abroad experience in Italy... but now that Im back in the states I use it to write my random insightful thoughts... ok more random than insightful :)
My latest addiction is sunflower seeds. Ive never been a huge fan of them, until recently. The softball girls are always eating them. so finally this year ive started eating them. They are a good way to eat something for an hour or so and not actually eat much.

OK i know right? as Im sitting at the baseball game spitting into my empty gatorade bottle-i keep thinking back to car trips with dad spitting into diet coke cans
