my beef with Illinois weather

Last week was beautiful football weather... it was cool, but a short sleeve shirt+jacket was just right. it is currently 57 degrees and will be an estimated 54 at game time... with it only getting colder as time goes on. Now I was totally prepared for long sleeve weather-I love the fall, crisp october air during a football game (well anytime really) but to go from 70s/60s to low 50s in a week... during football especially-is just not cool!!! where is the acclamation period? like the long sleeve only game, or longsleeve+jacket/hoodie game or two. I mean at least i shoudl glad its not supposed to rain like the weather said yesterday, but still..... what the heck?! My plan for clothing---cami, short sleeve dry fit- (possible tshirt) long sleeve, school short sleeve. add khakis (plus rain pants?) and long soccer socks... good times. i love my job, i love my job, i love my job...
